project: OTR Tire Data Book Re-Design
This project was a re-design to the MAXAM OTR Databook which covered their Mining, Construction, Industrial, and Forestry line of tires. This served 2 aspects – the first was having a new designed full catalog and second, individual sheets of each product. The client's goal was to improve the overall look, eliminate repetitive visuals, and to make the data charts more presentable.
The new design consisted of an updated full spread template, used more of the brand segment color for each section. I added individual stock or client supplied visuals for all products, introduced section dividers using a posterized graphic style effect to each section as well as the TOC spread, which added some additional visual interest. Overall 4-color process printing on a semi-matte paper, with a soft-touch cover stock.

project: re-design Agricultural Tire Data Book & Catalog
The Agricultural Tire Data Book and Catalog was another re-design project for MAXAM. Similar to their OTR data book, the main focus was improving their large data charts. Some of the charts needed to be split across spreads to maintain legibility. Reduce the number of duplicate images and an overall improvement of the look.
For the design update I included large full bleed spread images, increased the size of the product tires, updating product photography, incorporate more brand color and improve the typography of the headers and bullet points.
